Erm... initially I registered this online application so that I can track my running activities, but somehow things change, and I'm here without any treadmill, everything since then changed, the weekly mileage is miserably low, or most of the time -- none.
Anyhow I'm gonna change that, since I do not have a gym membership, I don't have a treadmill, so the best way is to run in my neighbourhood. Going to increase the mileage and decrease the pounds building up 'silently' around my waist.
Now, 66.5 - 67kg, target 65kg by end of the month. Just had an apple, white coffee and a slice of honey dew for breakfast. Can I sustain?
