New Adidas Futsal Boots

I think I bought this boots 2 weeks ago, and I have not get any chance to wear it yet, as everybody is busy attending wedding, and go for year end holidays. Looks like I can only wear this during 2010. I paid RM99 after the 50% discount. I think it is really bery bery bery 'tai'.

Hopefully the boots can help to execute my shots better, faster, and more accurate. wuakakakaka.... Come on, guys. I want to play futsal!!!!

New 500GB Seagate External HDD

I have waited for 3 weeks in order to get this from Singapore, paying cheaper price. Good thing is it is not in the market yet, I don't know some how there is a empty head to get it. Cons is the warranty is just for one month only. I already got it for 2 weeks but I just partitioned it last Sunday. Amazing huh? It is a bit thicker than the Free Agent Go, but the sporty look is not that bad too. The colour.... err... I have no choice.

As long as it performs what it made to do, then I won't complain much. Hope it will last for another 5-7 years. LOL... I have to give my old drive to mother, she has a lot of multimedia files to keep too.

Hopefully Seagate drive don't let me down. WD (old) too.

Just another conversation between B & S

A boss is having a conversation with his subordinate regarding a subject to shorten the processing time and increase the productivity for the company.

B: When there is a shortage of production capacity, more and more questions people will ask if we want to consume the machine capacity.

S: So, I guess you must be wondering why I asked more and more questions too, besides getting more information. haha....

B: ^_^ :)

Do you know what is the reaction of his subordinate?

I Don’t Want or Need Your Fear

Right before Donald Trump and Mark Burnett launched The Apprentice, I watched an interview with these two powerful producers. The host asked Burnett, “What do you look for in an employee?” His answer, without an ounce of hesitation? “Someone who is comfortable with risk. You can’t do a thing for me if you are paralyzed by fear in the face of risk.”

Here’s the reality. On any given day, your boss, your employer, your clients, they’re scared too. As leaders, their career success has been contingent upon their ability to take risk. Risk is required for innovation and innovation is the name of the game.

Risk is a direct path to fear. If you don’t feel fear, it isn’t a risk. But here’s the key. It’s your responsibility to manage your fear for yourself. Doesn't your boss want you to be honest about your fears? Yes would be the
politically correct answer; No would be the truth. The fact is, fear has this nasty way of feeding on itself. It has the potential to build into frenzied proportions and it can paralyze even the strongest of organizations. Your boss, your investors, and your clients are on the lookout for this.

Big but here—fearlessness has exactly the same effect. Have you ever been around someone who bravely took a risk that made you think, “Could I do that too?” Leaders are always scouting for someone, anyone, who is able to inspire them with a feeling of fearlessness. And mark my words. Fearlessness is something the marketplace values and is more than willing to pay for.

Fate loves the fearless.—James Russell Lowell
